When i bought it i couldnt put any kinds of video in it even though i converted it to the supporting formats. The equilizer doesnt include hip hop. It broke after 3 months. I love listening to it when im in bed so i did dat 4 some time and the headphones kept breaking,i swear i had to change 5-6 headphones in 3 months. Also because of that the mp3 broke,no matter what kinds of headphones i'd put,the headphone jack wouldnt work. So i threw it away and ordered different one.

I bought 2 of these at christmas as gifts and one of them had nothing but problems and completely stopped working after a month.The other is barely used and still works so if you rarely use it it might last a while.

This is a great mp3 player. My 9 year old was able to figure this thing out with no problems. As far as he thinks there is nothing wrong with this mp3 player. The ear buds that came with it did not fit him very well, so we picked up another pair that fit just fine. Big screen, easy to use, would recommend it to a friend. Learned by a mistake, buy a good name brand like this. dont go for the less expensive ones that you have never heard the name of before. This is worth it.

I bought this product for my 15 year old son and he loves it. He is
downloading songs and video all the time. He is happy that the
battery has a long life so he can play it almost for 3 days
consistantly without the battery going dead.
